The full process03 — Why it matters
Most of this work gets bid out. Ours doesn't.
The usual version: someone sells the job, then goes looking for a crew to build it. The person who walked your yard never comes back. The people who show up have never read the quote.
Ours are the same crews, job after job. Not a rotating pool of subs bid out per project. The one who scoped your job is the one running it in your yard.
That's also why the quote holds. A number is only as good as the person who wrote it, and ours has to stand in front of you again on install day.
You get a quote. You get a team. You get the thing you were quoted. That's it.
